More than 12,000 women in the U.S. will be diagnosed with
cervical cancer each year.
Deciding where to have treatment is often based on the type and stage of cancer, type of treatment needed and insurance.
Typically, travel expenses are not covered by insurance.
In 2017 about 61,380 new cases of uterine cancer will be diagnosed, and about 10,920 women will die from this cancer.
